Jira connector logs vanish when we change the days or type of logs.
1. Go to 'Jira Settings' > Manage Projects > View Logs
2. Select Item = Issues
3. Select 'Last 7 Days'
We can see the errors
4. Select 'Last 30 days
All Errors vanish
5. Go back to 'Last 7 Days'
Errors still not displayed
6. Change item types to any Jira API, Configuration etc.
Errors still not displayed.
7. To display all the errors again
a. Go to 'Jira Settings' > Manage Projects > View Logs
b. Select Item = Issues
c. Select 'Last 7 Days'
Errors show up
All errors are displayed in the log based on the time filter setting
No data returns with the message - There are no records that meet the selected criteria.
To display all the errors again, Go to 'Jira Settings' > Manage Projects > View Logs
