ADO Connector: Log date filter searching using US date format

Issue Summary

ADO Connector Log Report Date filter is searching using US date format. Even when Date picker displays the date in the correct format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Administration | Connectors | Azure DevOps Settings
2. Click on and ADO Connector
3. Click on Logs
4. Click in Date field
5. Choose a date in the date picker that has logs, eg 6th May 2021
6. Date field displays

Expected Results

logs for 6th May 2021 appear, with date listed in Australian format 6/5/2021

Actual Results

Date is displayed as 6/5/2021 and no logs are displayed.
On further investigation it appears that the logs are interpreting that date as 5th June 2021 (which is in the future) so there are no logs.
If I then change it to 5/6/2021 then the logs for 6th May 2021 appear, with date listed in Australian format 6/5/2021

Workaround

Manually edit the date to be in US format to show the correct logs.
