Issue Summary

The initial sync of the ADO connector does not bring across all work items.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new ADO Connector
2. Wait for synchronisation

Expected Results

All work items would synchronise during the initial synchronisation

Actual Results

A manual update is required to force synchronisation

Workaround

Apply a label to all work items in order to force a synchronisation.
