Issue Summary

When the connector tries to capture information for an item that already exist, and a connection error happens, it duplicates the item.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an Item synced with ADO
2. A connection error happen when syncing this information

Actual Results

A duplicate item is created.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
