Backlog: Jira Align Epic and feature level ranking does not coincide with parent rank

Issue Summary

Feature ranking does not coincide with parent Epic Rank.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Export a few Epics to Jira Align and do not indicate any ranking.
2. Add a Feature to each Epic.
3. Navigate to Epic backlog and take note of the indicated program ranking
4. Navigate to Feature backlog > Pull Rank > Use Epic rank to sort Features
5. Compare the Features rank based on feature

Expected Results

Feature will be ranked based on the parent Epic

Actual Results

Features are not ranked based on the parent Epic.

Workaround

Manually move the parent Epic ranking in Epic backlog view to permanently store the Epic rankings that will get inherited by the child Features.
