Jira Connector: Release Vehicle/Fix Version name is only syncing from Jira to Jira Align

Issue Summary

When changing the Release Vehicles name on Jira Align, the update is not pushed to Jira and after some time, Jira will rename RV in Jira Align back to what was previous.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a RV on Jira Align (or Jira)
2. Let it sync to the other side
3. Go to Jira Align and update its name
4. Wait for the connector to revert the name

Expected Results

The change on the name would go to Jira.

Actual Results

The change on the name is reverted back.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
