Issue Summary

Adding "Tags" on Work Tree "extra filter" does not get saved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Work Tree then set a Program and PI.
2. Click Extra Configs
3. Set a Tag on the "Text/Tags" field.
4. Click Apply
5. Navigate back to Extra Configs.

Expected Results

"Text/Tags" field will have a tag value.

Actual Results

Text/Tags field is empty.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
