Filtering by tag option was removed from Extra Configs and T1 Config on WorkTree
Description
Issue Summary
Work Tree: Filtering by Tag doesn't work.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login
- Go to the Work Tree.
- Open the Extra Configs.
- Type something in Text/tag.
- Check if the Work tree is filtered.
Expected Results
Given the hierarchial nature of work tree, filtering by tags cannot be handled at this time. The Tags tier 1 filter should be greyed out.
Actual Results
The report is not filtered at all.
Workaround
To use Tier 1/Context Menu filtering by Tag.
