[JIRAALIGN-2339] Import: User is logged out when importing work items

      Issue Summary

      Import: User is logged out when importing work items

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Go to let's say Storie's grid. 
      3. Select Import in the More Actions. 
      4. Download teamplate. 
      5. Fill in the Stories title, Description, and Program. I have filled around 700 Stories. 
      6. Save. 
      7. Try to import the file back to the system. 

      Expected Results

      The file is successfully imported. Stories are created. 

      Actual Results

      The process is timing out and the User gets logged out.
      PLease refer to the internal comments for the Splunk logs.

      Workaround

      Reduce the number of records in the file
