Issue Summary

• A user is logged into Jira Align
• The user receives a Risk notification email from Jira Align
• When the user clicks on the link, the newly open window takes the user to their last logged-in screen and not the Risk itself.

Steps to reproduce

Log in to Jira Align
Generate a risk email so that it is sent to a user
Open the risk email
Click on the link in the email

Expected Results

The user should be taken directly to the Risk in Jira Align

Actual Results

The user is taken to the last page they were on in Jira Align.
