[JIRAALIGN-1985] Feature grid: Target Completion Sprint filter doesn't work

Issue Summary

Target Completion Sprint filter doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce

There should be a set of features that belong to the same program, PI, and have different target completion sprints set. Target start and completion fields should be enabled for this portfolio in the details panel settings.

1. Open feature grid with the program and PI from preconditions selected in the context menu
2. Open Apply Filters and add PI and Target Completion sprint filters
3. Select PI from preconditions
4. Select one of the Target sprints one of the features belong to
5. Apply filters

Expected Results

The filter results in displaying of the features with the PI and target sprint selected

Actual Results

In this case, only PI filter is applied, Target Completion sprint filter doesn't work.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
