[JIRAALIGN-1930] Features: Filtering by Target Completion/Target Start Sprint doesn't work

Issue Summary

Features: Filtering by Target Completion/Target Start Sprint doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Features grid. 
3. Configure context menu to some Program and PI that contains a few Features. 
4. Update Features assigning them to a different Target Start and Target Completion Sprints. 
5. Apply filtering by Target Start Sprint. 
6. Reset. 
7. Apply filtering by target Completion Sprint.  

Expected Results

Filtering is working properly: Only features with the selected Target Start/Target Completion Sprint appear in the grid when filtering is applied. 

Actual Results

Grid is not filtered at all.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
