Jira Boards: Unable to add a Jira board if the same ID exist in any of the configured connector.

Issue Summary

Users are not able to add a Jira Board if the board ID number already exists in a different connector.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two different connectors in Jira Align (Connector 1 and 2)
2. In connector 1, add a board with ID 1, program A and team A
3. In connector 2, add a board with ID 1, program B and team B
4. click save and observe the result

Expected Results

Board ID 1 in connector 2 should be added successfully because this is in a different Jira instance.

Actual Results

Board is not added indicating a message "Some Board(s) may have not updated successfully as the board ID or team name already exist."

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
