[JIRAALIGN-1920] Save images from "Capture" function does not work in Chrome browser

      Issue Summary

      When opening a "Capture" of a report, a new tab will open with an image of the report as a snapshot. 

      This image should be downloadable from user by using right click>save the image but this is currently not working in Chrome-based browsers

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Status reports
      2. Filter with any Program and PI that has status reports
      3. Open any status report
      4. Click capture
      5. Right-click and save image

      Expected Results

      A user should be able to save the file from the page

      Actual Results

      The issue seems to affect Chrome-based browser where it is not possible to save from the page.

      Tested browser Result:
      ​Chrome ​Cannot save
      Vivaldi (chrome based) Cannot Save
      Safari Can save
      Firefox Can Save

      Workaround

      • Open the image in a new window/tab then save
      • Drag and drop the image on the desktop
