      Issue Summary

      Configuration button on forecast does nothing

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Agile by Group orr Agile by Team
      2. Click "Configuration"
      3. Try to click on anything in the expanded dropdown

      Expected Results

      Configuration button should be removed completely

      Actual Results

      Configuration button is displayed but renders a useless dropdown...
