Issue Summary
Configuration button on forecast does nothing
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Agile by Group orr Agile by Team
- Click "Configuration"
- Try to click on anything in the expanded dropdown
Expected Results
Configuration button should be removed completely
Actual Results
Configuration button is displayed but renders a useless dropdown...
