[JIRAALIGN-1852] Roles : Escalation toggle label is missing

Issue Summary

Escalation toggle label is missing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to Roles System Access Controls (RoleSetupNew) page
2. Pick up any role in the dropdown menu
3. Expand Portfolio
4. Expand Manage
5. Notice Escalations toggle label is missing

Expected Results

• Escalations toggle label is displayed, as per image below:

  

Actual Results

1. Notice Escalations toggle label in missing (blank) between Experience Maps and Program Increments (see image below for easy reference)

   

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
