Issue Summary
Users are not able to access/export the Scheduled Email Log. When we click the link, it shows a page with a message saying: "You Need More Access To View This Page"
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to "Administration"
- Click the "Email" link under "Settings" section
- Select "Scheduled Email" tab
- Choose an item and click the "Log" link
- Permission error page is shows
Expected Results
User should be able to access/export the logs
Actual Results
User is not allowed to access/export the logs due to the permission error
