Issue Summary

Strategy Room panels are presenting inconsistent usage of singular & plural terminologies.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to Strategy Room page; then select any snapshot
2. Notice the following inconsistent usage of the plural & singular versions of these terms:

Expected Results

Mission Vision Value Panel

• All headers are singular. Reporter consider they should be, respectively, singular (mission), singular (vision) then plural (values) based on market common sense.
  

Strategy Pyramid Panel

• All headers are plural (as opposed to previous panel). Reporter consider they should be consistent with previous panel as well as across the entirety of the page.
  

Execution Against Outcomes Panel

• While Monthly Goals are plural, all other items (Objective-related) are singular. Reporter consider they should all be plural, due to consistency purposes.
  

Snapshot Progress Panel

• All plural as expected. Can be used as a reference for the remainder of the page.
