Issue Summary
When viewing the Mass Delete screen for Epics, the number of items displayed is limited to 10 regardless of the user preference.
Steps to Reproduce
- User menu, Edit preferences, Records Displayed Per Screen = 30
- Portfolio > Manage Epics > More Actions > Mass Move > Mass Delete View
- Select a Program that has more than 30 Epics in it
Expected Results
We should end the list at a count of 30, per the user preferences and like Features does:

Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
