[JIRAALIGN-1614] Epic Mass Delete Item Count Incorrect

      Issue Summary

      When viewing the Mass Delete screen for Epics, the number of items displayed is limited to 10 regardless of the user preference.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. User menu, Edit preferences, Records Displayed Per Screen = 30
      2. Portfolio > Manage Epics > More Actions > Mass Move > Mass Delete View
      3. Select a Program that has more than 30 Epics in it

      Expected Results

      We should end the list at a count of 30, per the user preferences and like Features does:

      The list of Epics is limited to 10:

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
