      Issue Summary

      We have a customer who migrated from on-prem to the cloud that can no longer see initials on the profile image. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 - User doesn't have a profile picture set
      2. Step 2 - Circle profile image is greyed out 

      Expected Results

      Users should see initials in a colored circle 

      Actual Results

      Greyed out

      Workaround
