Issue Summary

Reports: Points planned in Points Planned vs. Points Accepted Report are not filtered by the Extra Configs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Select some Program with multiple teams assigned to it.
3. Teams should have Stories assigned, LOE for Stories should be defined. Some Stories should be accepted.
4. Go to Points Planned vs. Points Accepted Report report.
5. Apply filtering by some Team.
6. Check Report.
7. Reset filtering by Team and Apply filtering by Release Vehicle.
8. Check Report.

Expected Results

Points Planned values in the report are filtered by Team/Release Vehicle.

Actual Results

Points planned in Points Planned vs. Points Accepted Report are not filtered by the Extra Configs

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
