Issue Summary
Backlog: Time in Process Step/Value Stream displays N/A when the Process step was set on initial creation
Steps to Reproduce
- Login
- Create Features Developmental Value Stream for Some Program. Create Some Steps.
- Set the Developmental Step to required in Page configs for the respective Portfolio.
- Create a Feature. Set all required fields and define the Process step for it.
- Go to the Backlog>Kanban View>Process Step view.
- Set Card Size to Normal View.
- Check Time in Process Step/Value Stream for the Feature that was created in Step 2.
Expected Results
Time in Process Step / Value Stream starts when the Feature first is assigned to a process step. If not assigned to a process step upon initial creation, the feature will stay in Unassigned column, and Time in Process Step / Value Stream will not start until moved into a process step.
If a feature is in the value stream, then is moved back to the Unassigned column, the clock on Time in Process Step / Value Stream will clear, and will restart at "0" when it next moves into a process step.
Age will be shown for the feature in Unassigned column. Time for Age will start upon initial creation
Actual Results
When Feature was assigned to some PS we are not counting Time in Process Step/Value Stream for it until it is edited and assigned to some PS.
We are showing NA for Features in Unassigned Column.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
