[JIRAALIGN-1443] Some work tree items fails to load.

Issue Summary

Some items in the work tree do not load and are timing out.

Steps to Reproduce

This doesn't happen all the time but it takes time to load some work tree items.
Create a work tree with Epic and several child branches under it.

1. Navigate to Work Tree
2. Filter by program > PI
3. Try to open an item with several child branches under it.

Expected Results

The selected work item should load it's child branches.

Actual Results

Stuck with loading gif.

The below exception is captured in Splunk:

Workaround

There are cases that it will load after several retries.
