Unable to load chat under the Team Room

Steps to Reproduce

Precondition:
Enable Conversations is set to Yes in Administration > Platform > Program

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as User1
2. Create Epic1/Capability1 and add a discussion message to it.
3. Create Feature1 under Epic1/Capability1
4. Create Story1 under Feature1
5. Create Sprint 1 with startDate < today and endDate > today
6. Add User to Sprint1
7. Move Story1 to Sprint1
8. Open Team Room and select Sprint1

Expected Results

Chat card should be able to load successfully.

Actual Results

Char card fails to load.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
