Issue Summary

Unable to load chat error is displayed in Team room for a specific customer.  

Steps to Reproduce

We are not able to reproduce this in our local instance. However, the error thrown would help.

1. Navigate to Team Room
2. Select Dashboard
3. Enable chat

Expected Results

Chat card should be able to load properly

Actual Results

Unable to load chat error is shown.

The below exception is thrown and captured in Splunk.

   error_category: ADODB.Command
   error_column: -1
   error_description: Application uses a value of the wrong type for the current operation.
   error_file: /TeamRoom/OOFunctionsTeamRoom.asp
   error_line: 2922
   error_number: -2146824867

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
