[JIRAALIGN-1241] PROGRAM ROOM: TEAM LOAD CALCULATION: Wrong calculation - based on average sprint velocity - not override velocity

    Description

      Issue Summary

The sprint load calculation in the program room is using the wrong calculation. The current calculation is based on average sprint velocity, not the cumulative override velocities loaded into each sprint in the PI.

      Screenshot:

      Steps to Reproduce

      Navigate to the Program Room
Look for the Team Load Column and hover over different teams to get more information on the calculations for team load. Read the pop-ups

      Expected Results

We should be getting accurate calculations of each team's load, which includes velocity override points.

      Actual Results

The pop up message accurately provides the velocity override value, but, the final calculation is wrong. In the attached screenshot we see team Eevee, for example, showing a load of 140%. The popup, however, says that the team has 89 velocity points and 189 points loaded. This should work out to 212% (189/89 x 100). However, the number we are seeing is 140%, which is the average sprint velocity of the team multiplied by 5 sprints (27 x 5 = 135), which works out to:

      189/135 x 100 = 140%

In other words, the verbiage on the pop up is correct, but the team load calculation shown is wrong.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
