Add On Users Should be Removed When the Add On is Removed from the Instance

      **Feature Request**

      When add ons are uninstalled, the add on users should be removed from the instance.

      As having the users still listed can be an annoyance and confusing.

      **Current Behavior**

      Add On users still remain in the user management page after the add on is removed.
