Summary

Add On Users Should be Removed When instance is Exported From Cloud to Server

Steps to Reproduce

Export a cloud instance that has a plugin installed that creates the atlassian-addons-project-access role
Import to Server instance

Expected Results

The atlassian-addons-project-access role should be removed during the downgrade to Server

Actual Results

The role still exists

Workaround

Navigate to Administration > System > Project Role Browser
Click Delete next to the atlassian-addons-project-access role to remove it.
