Add-on users are not deleted after App is uninstalled.

      When an App is uninstalled the add-on user remains in the database. If customer tries to mention it in a comment it appears.

      It is expected that the add-on user is deleted after App is uninstalled.

      There is no way to delete it in the UI as it is a system user.
