Allow mapping Active Directory Groups to Atlassian Cloud Groups

Problem Definition

Currently, groups are managed within Atlassian Cloud and there's no way to map your group from your AD group.

Suggested Solution

AD Groups, such as Developers and Admins to be mapped over to Atlassian Groups. For example, people in the "Administrators" AD Group will automatically be added to the "administrators" Atlassian group.

Why this is important

Ideally, we would want the admin to manage user in only one platform/application.
