It would be interesting users could set email aliases to their Atlassian accounts. This could also be used in integrations with Google.

Currently, as per G Suite FAQs - , email aliases are not supported. In those cases, users need to click Having trouble logging in? and open a link received via email.

However, in case users are actually interested in using aliases, this process is not ideal.

Desired behavior:

• Users should have the ability to configure an alias in their Atlassian account.
