Improvement for Undelivered Invitation Email

      Problem Statement

      When site-admin creates a new user account, an invitation email is sent to the email address stated. However, the site-admin is not able to check whether the invitation is delivered successfully. If users report that they does not receive the invitation email, site admin would need to create a support ticket to check for the delivery status and error message.

      Besides, even if the invitation is resent, it will not be delivered as the email address has been added to a suppression list. Site-admin would need to contact support to remove the email address from the suppression list in order to resend the invitation.

      Suggestion

      It would be nice if site-admins able to get the delivery status of the invitation email. For example, adding a status field to track the delivery status and provide the error message if invitation email is failed to deliver.

      Automatically remove the email address after a period of time so admin can resend the invitation to the users after they have fixed the error.
