Description
Summary
After enabling the Single Sign-on option with Atlassian Account, Confluence users are unable to set their Profile Information (Phone, IM, Website, About Me, Position, Department, Location)
Environment
- Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to User Profile in Confluence: Profile Icon > Profile > Edit Profile
- Populate the Fields under Personal and Company
- Save changes
Expected Results
Changes are saved
Actual Results
Page refreshes and changes are reverted.
Notes
If the user had populated details in their Profile prior to the Single Sign-on being enabled, they cannot change their details.
Workaround
Disable the Single Sign-on option within User Management
