      Summary

      After enabling the Single Sign-on option with Atlassian Account, Confluence users are unable to set their Profile Information (Phone, IM, Website, About Me, Position, Department, Location)

      Environment

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to User Profile in Confluence: Profile Icon > Profile > Edit Profile
      2. Populate the Fields under Personal and Company
      3. Save changes

      Expected Results

      Changes are saved

      Actual Results

      Page refreshes and changes are reverted.

      Notes

      If the user had populated details in their Profile prior to the Single Sign-on being enabled, they cannot change their details.

      Workaround

      Disable the Single Sign-on option within User Management
