            Hi,

We currently support SAML and GApps integration with Atlassian account. Please watch JSDCLOUD-630 for SAML support for JIRA Service desk customers.

            cheers,

            Adarsh

Then you are right, this is not possible at the moment.

Oh really!! I don't see any information about SAML and JIRA Service Desk integration on that page. Is it possible to SSO into JIRA Service Desk(cloud) using SAML without needing to verify the user's domain?

We aren't able to claim the domain for any of our users and can't authenticate via SAML for those domains. We would like the option to allow for users to use an alternative email address or multiple email addresses or an alternative way to authenticate that does not require claiming the domain.

            arojas,

SAML SSO is already available. Please see the below documentation page for details:

My company is looking to expand our adoptions but not having SSO support in the cloud with options to allow for users to use an alternative email address or multiple email addresses is preventing us from doing so.

            Everyone,

look like JIRA Cloud just launch  SAML as beta, i am also trying to figure out how to configure with our ADFS SSO.

Not having SSO support in the cloud is preventing me from deploying this application company-wide. When will this be available? This seems like a standard thing these days.

We wish that "JIRA Cloud" could have "Azure AD" integration.

Just adding in support for Azure AD integration support. Not being able to implement SSO for on demand versions really hurts. We're evaluating now as well and this is going to be a big problem for us. Even if we could have setup Crowd in our infrastructure and connected that to the on-demand products would have been better than nothing.

We are evaluating JIRA Software Cloud. As far as I can see there is no way to have SSO on the cloud version unless we use Google Apps which we don't. It would be nice if SAML is supported so we can use our Azure AD to integrate with JIRA Cloud.

Would love for your own Jira Cloud product to support Crowd as well as Google Apps integration. Especially in the event where we want to use more than one Atlassian product, but still use Google Apps for User Authentication. As is stands now, I have to roll my own JIRA Server, then roll my own Crowd Server, integrate Google Apps with Crowd and then connect Crowd with JIRA Server. Same goes with Fisheye, Fisheye/Crucible won't support JIRA Cloud Authentication or Google Apps, but will support User Authentication with your own JIRA or Crowd Server.

So my only option with employees in Google Apps is to run my OWN servers:

JIRA Server + Crowd(Integrated with GApps) + Fisheye/Crucible + Bamboo + Confluence on my own hardware.
