Issue Summary

Incorrect translation in "Manage watchers" dialog between English (Full name or username) and German (Benutzername oder E-Mail).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create or navigate to a page.
2. Click the Watch button.
3. Click the Manage Watchers link.
4. Check the text inside the search column.
   1. In English, it shows "Full name or username". 
   2. In German, it shows "Username or email".

Expected Results

In German, it should be the translation of "Full name or username", instead of mentioning "email".

Actual Results

In German, it shows "Username or email". 

The wrong translation implies a feature that doesn’t exist (searching for an e-mail address) and therefore can confuse users. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
