Misleading translation for "Notifications off"

    Description

      The current translation "通知をオフにする" sounds like "Turn off the notification".

      Instead, use "通知を受け取らない" to get aligned with "Notifications on".

      Or, we can go with explicit translations for clarity:

      • 通知はオンになっています
      • 通知はオフになっています
