There are untranslated strings on Project default board for all the projects created from template (screens attached). This issue is global and is present for all the languages.
It seems that the strings are hardcoded in jira-cloud/jira-components/jira-plugins/jira-project-templates-plugin/jira-core-project-templates/src/main/resources/images/svg .
The strings are missing in Transifex and appear in English despite of the provisioning language is different. In the attachments you can see the English string in the Jira instance provisioned in Japanese for a google account with Russian default settings.

Status update on the bugs reported in this ticket:
Core Boards/ business projects:
- A lot of projects still have have project board column name translation problems and side bar link translation problems
- Affected project types: Content Management, Document Approval, Lead Tracking, Project Management, Process Control, Recruitment, Kanban
Issue view:
- Priority (e.g. medium) don’t translate
- Workflow status names don’t translate. These are likely sourced from a similar location to project board column names and both bugs may be solvable simultaneously
- Give feedback UI element now translates
Some of the other reported bugs that are no longer a problem:
- Project board side bar element: “Learn more” - UI element was moved and the new element translates correctly
- Scrum project assignee filters and ‘plan sprint’ dropdown - UI elements were changed and now translate correctly
- All projects project list - ‘lead’ column translates correctly
The outstanding work for this ticket:
- Fix the project board column and sidebar link translation problems for the core board/business project boards
- Fix the issue view priority and workflow status translation problems
The investigations by pkuo into column name and sidebar link string locations can be explored further to make the strings translation safe, but further exploration is needed for the issue view problems.
