Qt5Core.dll related crash when launching HipChat for Windows 4.0

Summary

When attempting to open/launch HipChat for Windows v4.0.1610 an error "QtWebEngineProcess.exe - Entry Point Not Found" occurs which futher points to Qt5Core.dll as the culprit. The application fails to load.

Expected Results

HipChat opens successfully.

Actual Results

The following error window (or similar) is displayed:

Workaround

1. Uninstall HipChat for Windows 4.0
2. Download and install HipChat for Windows 2.2 from the link below:
   https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.hipchat.com/windows/HipChat-2.2.1397-win32.msi
