      Issue

In the documentation Forms and requests, the following is mentioned:

ProForma allows you to include multiple forms on a single request. Additional forms can be added for internal service team tracking, or to collect follow-up information from the customer.

This statement is actually not clear and not fully accurate, especially since only 1 Proforma Form can be displayed on the "Request Creation Form" on the Customer Portal, as mentioned in the Feature Request FORMDC-526.

This statement causes confusion to our customers, since it sounds like multiple forms can be added to the same request, while this is actually only possible after the request was created and from the agent view.

      Suggestions

      • Make it clear in the documentation that only 1 Form can be shown on the cutomer portal, when a request is being created.
      • Make it clear that, if multiple forms are configured to show on the customer portal for a specific request type, it is the most recently created form that will take priority over the other forms and that will show on the portal
