Issue Summary
Priority field translations are not working in Proforma form despite changing the user language in the form settings:https://confluence.atlassian.com/proforma/proforma-features-1087521230.html
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
This works as expected in cloud but not in DC yet
Steps to Reproduce
- Translate priority fields are mentioned in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/translating-resolutions-priorities-statuses-and-issue-types-938847111.html
- Now try to add the priority field to the customer portal view :https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/setting-up-request-types-939926357.html
- also link the field in proforma form
Expected Results
Priorities should've translated to the expected language just like how it's being displayed in the customer portal
Actual Results
Priorities are not translated despite other form fields are translated
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
