Issue Summary

After a site import some forge apps, such as "Behaviours" "Elements Connect " fails to function due to stale entries

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1: Import a Jira site where a Forge app was already present before the import

Step 2: Stale entry for the app is already present

Expected Results

Reinstallation of the app should resolve the issue.

Actual Results

App fails to function

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available

Please contact Atlassian Support to manually clear the entries of the app, To avoid this behaviour, the app needs to be uninstalled before the import
