Description

Currently we are unique when counting users against a license based on directory id and user name.

If a customer sets up crowd to have multiple configurations for the same LDAP repository it is possible that a single user can be counted twice.

Perhaps we should change the LicenseResourceEntity to be based on user-name and (LDAP repository URL or base DN).
