Same usernames residing in one application & different directories should be counted as one user

Currently, Crowd counts two same usernames residing in one application (but two different directories) as two users instead of one.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two different directories
2. Create one user (with the same username) in each of these directories
3. Add the directories into an application
4. Count users against license by going to Administration > Licensing (click "Recalculate your user total")

Expected Results

The two usernames should be counted as one, since they are the same usernames (and they're treated as the same user)

Actual Results

The two usernames are treated differently and counted as two different users, instead of one.
