Low With both products licensed (more FishEye license seats than Crucible license seats) adding users manually to FishEye/Crucible automatically adds each user to a Crucible license seat. After the Crucible license seats have been exhausted an error message is presented upon user add.
Workaround
- Edit existing users and remove Crucible access.
