Crucible reviewers list in edit details can display users that are not allowed

Hi Mates.

A customer mentioned that this was not working on Fecru 2.8.1 and I was able to reproduce, on Fecru 2.7.X it is working normally:

1. Create a new Project
2. Set the group for the Allowed Review Participants of that Project
3. Login with a normal User
4. Create a new Review
5. Edit the Details
6. In the Reviewers box if you double click on it you will see only the members of the group previous set up in the Allowed Review Participants, now if you search for the specific username of someone who's not allowed Crucible his name will be displayed and you can select the user. However after hitting done the permissions are respected and the user is not added to the review.
