Time of new event is not pre-populated in Team Calendar in the week-view

      Issue Summary

      Issue 1:
      When clicking on the calendar in the week-view, the time of the new event is not pre-populated in the popup.

      Issue 2:
      Also, when we drag around an event in the week-view to reschedule it, the event still has the old time in the preview popup and page need to be reloaded as a workaround.

      This work fine on latest LTS v8.5.11

      This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      Step-1. Create a new Calendar event after switching to week-view.

      Step-2. When we drag around an event in the week-view to reschedule it, the event still has the old time in the preview popup and page needs to be reloaded as a workaround.

      Expected Results

      The time of the new event is pre-populated in the popup.
      Also, when we drag around an event in the week-view to reschedule it, the event still has the right time in the preview popup.

      Actual Results

      The time of the new event is not pre-populated in the popup.
      Also, when we drag around an event in the week-view to reschedule it, the event still has the old time in the preview popup

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

      Note

      The problem doesn't appear on latest LTS v8.5.11
