We are using confluence to manage various project documentation, including some proposals and requirements documents. We have done some tweaking of the PDF templates, but we have need of some additional formatting macro so that we can create page breaks in Confluence pages. The specific need is to be able to create cover pages and more precisely control the paging of exported pages.

I apologize if this is somehow already possible or has been documented. I was unable to find any reference to such a feature or existing open issue describing this problem.
