Attachments drag and drop zone is disappearing on Firefox and Edge

      Issue Summary

      The drag and drop zone is not visible intermittently on the below browsers:

      • Edge (96.0.1054.62) Windows, it's working on macOS
      • Firefox (99.0.1) MacOS
      • Edge (84.0.522.49) Windows

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a page with attachments.
      2. Click "..." on the top right and select attachments.
      3. Check the bottom of the page for the drag and drop zone.
      4. Sometimes it's working in the first trial after refreshing the page it disappears.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for the specific browsers and their versions,
      The only workaround is using Chrome (100.0.4896.127) or Safari (15.4), tested on MacOS
      Or upgrading Edge to version 100.0.1185.50 tested on Windows 10
